Our story

A dream whose time finally came.

For many years, the dream of starting a catering company lived quietly alongside work, family and raising two daughters. At 47, encouraged by family, the decision was made to begin.

Manaka is the founder’s great-grandmother’s name — a tribute to the women who came before her and to the legacy she now chooses to build.
